The Slow Lane
2024 We have finally slowed down. This year has been all about the baby grands and enjoying them. Started the year with a masquerade party for the big guys birthday, then a trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We got to ride on a float and do all the things! A time was had!!
We've done a few local shows, Shalamar, The O'Jays, The Whispers, Najee, Maysa, and we are so happy to seen Frankie Beverly and Maze on the farewell tour in New Orleans!
With Spring came babysitting duties and Sasha and GiGi and sometimes Ryan were a joy to have around. We had fun all summer and I took them everywhere to see and do everything!
Just when I thought I was free comes along the 11 year old grandson to stay for a while. He said I need you so I can't let him down.
Now we are in year 4 of living our best lives and enjoying each moment. Looking forward to my birthday, Thanksgiving and Christmas too!
